I've had a good experience with my Whipple, been in the car for 3 years, no issues so far and definitely puts a grin on my face when I put my foot into it. I daily drive my car too, and it's not unreasonable on the street.
With the mods you've already got, I'd start at the 3.875" pulley at the biggest.
