Tip alignment is more on the install side. Make sure you line everything up before you tighten everything up. That way you can get the tips where you need them. Magnaflow comp series is a pretty aggressive catback though. With the stock manifolds and cats in place it won't get over the top loud. But, if you add headers down the road this system can wake the neighbors!
