Fastlane sells a dual fuel pump module that just runs 2 pumps off the cars FPCM and uses the existing returnless style system, this probally not what u need.
IPS motorsports is working on a duel intank setup that will not use a FPCM but work as a return fuel system so u could use a map reference regulator, you might want to call them to confirm this but I do not think the ECM cares whether there is a FPCM hooked up or not.
There is a DTC that the FPCM request everytime I blew the fuse to mine but it could obviously be tunned out if needed.
