Looked up the code: "...a rich or lean cylinder to cylinder air/fuel ratio imbalance..." Would be an issue with the left bank. Left bank sensor could be detecting lean and sending signal to run rich at sporadic times. Not sure exactly why, but thought this might help. I would start by checking for cable damage to the left o2 at this point...maybe they are grounding out.
