NO you need a tune , I have had my car tuned many times with different engines./ etc. Your volumetric efficiency will change you will take in more air and use more gas making more power and tweaking of the tune will be best rather than depending on the stock computer to go towards Stoich. The air pump will be making much more power stroked especially torque, but if the tuners good they should give discount hopefully for tweaking the tune on the dyno as its not like it totally has to be retuned and most tuners have with time if they are good a library of tunes from similar builds they can just throw one in there to start out even initial tunes for new engines...…..as it saves them time, a good baseline to start out tweaking the tune with.
