I attached mine just above the license plate, ran the wire behind the plate. There are holes behind it that lead to the underside of the car. I then ran the cable along side the wires next to the frame of the ca. Once I got to the front of the door I ran it through where the wires for the power windows go through (black grommet) Then up inside the "A" pillar and across the head liner to the camera.
