Secondary cat delete is a popular mod on a 6th gen car, but what you're planning on doing will replace the entire exhaust system so there's really no point.

With long tube headers you'll either get catless mid pipes or high flow cats as your options and that will replace your stock cats. The catback will take care of everything else.

As ChibiBlackSheep said, I'd recommend finding someone with the setup you're after as the Borla Atak is a very aggressive exhaust, especially with long tube headers. If it's what you're after then awesome, but there's no point in spending all of that money to find out it is too aggressive for your taste.
