I told him it did seem to happen at higher speeds, but he didn't need any more proof. He did state that it was indiciative of a torque converter going bad but had not replaced one in a Camaro. I handed him the bulletin and he was going to do some research on the issue and give me a call. He was very backed up so it might be a week before they can get it back in the shop. I hope they can soon.

What is the bulletin number? Or where can I find it? I'm also having this problem.
