The term "muffler delete" essentially means no mufflers or the mufflers have been removed and have strait pipe in its place. The system you are interested in (
16582) is basically a muffler delete. It replaces the mufflers tips and all the piping from the axle-back.
Installation is fairly straight forward and could be accomplished in your driveway with the help of a buddy. But a muffler shop shouldn't charge too much for installation either.
