Anglwngss....I think Mike got it figured out, I've been in contact with him over the phone...next step is to see if he can get the one bad led working on his own lol...
And to everyone else who has contacted me, I apologize if I haven't wrote you back or been able to help you, I've had some personal/family matters here lately that have been taking all my time, and I just got moved into a new house, so everything should calm down by the end of this week...
