K-seal in the engine?

I put a bottle in earlier this year and it stopped a problem with the gasket then. Problem has reared its head again.

Should I put more in the engine? The only reason I don't tear the head gasket off now is that the car is my daily and I need to find a good time to pull everything apart. How long can I go with this, do you guys think?
