Well, who knows what will happen. If GM cant bring an entry level camaro to the market that is spot on competitive with the mustang then history is bound to repeat itself. Price means way more to most in that segment than features ect........ Gm will be a mustang killer in performance for a few years and then fade off into the sunset again if they are not real careful with the price issue. The base car supports the GT/Z28 and thats just the way it is.
Sounds like to me somebody needs to give them a history lesson.
I get the distinct feeling that GM is trying to kill two birds with one stone and lumping part of the ricer crowd into this when its all so wrong. Get a cobal, focus, civic, ect.................
Mustangs and Camaros are not ricer cars for the majority although I have seen both butchered beyond recognition.
