Wow for the last 10 years I havent done all that much, with any of cars I have stored. Put it on a battery tender, and thats it. My garage is somewhat climate controlled. Never had any tires issues from sitting.

I didnt change the air pressure in the tires.
I didnt change the oil
I didnt fill the tank up with fuel.
I always keep the car clean, and waxed, so thats nothing new.
I dont put a cover on it
