Remove aftermarket catch can and proceed to a new more reasonable dealer. The service advisor or tech is obviously a moron and against any modifications no matter how seemingly insignificant. Most likely the dealer has had problems with other modded cars causing headaches and their intolerance to ANY changes. Find a gear head service advisor at another dealer and this will be resolved without a hitch.
