Sorry I do not have a solution, but I just put the fuel rails on my intake with stock injectors. I did not have to change a thing. The only thing that leaked was the tee fitting I used to hook the rails together. And that was because I didn't tighten it enough. I used stock orings and all, haven't had a problem. Maybe the rails were a bad batch?
