I've read the whole thread trying to find a solution to my squeal problem (4000 miles). If I brake gently -they squeal loudly but, if I brake hard - no squeal. ( I like to drive gently )
The brakes seems to have normal wear. I have not taken it to the dealer yet for the TSB.
I thought I would just change the pads to Hawks ceramics but, I noticed that solution is not a solution stated by someone here right? ( I really want to be able to just change the pads and solve the problem)
I have the problem on the driver's front-side. Will changing rotors and pads eliminate the squeal? If so, what rotor and pads?
