I love Oracle's products, and I had Plasmaglow's products all over my first vehicle, but they're both way over priced. I'm all about saving a dollar if I can. Try these guys:

The most obvious thing I see is those two have the exact same bulbs from, most likely, the very same cheap Chinese manufacturer. I'm sure there are even more inexpensive retailers out there (I.e. eBay retailers) but it's all up to personal preference and brand loyalty.
