Water sloshing around in a bag is just that. There are water bags part of a water mangement system designed to siphon water off the top and out of the car. Some of these are causing issues. That is really bizarre and it makes me really glad I live in Phoenix. I've had 6 convertibles prior to the Camaro and all the others had tops that sealed up and kept the water out, not something to collect the water that came in. Well, some leaked a few drops here and there around the windows in the constant rain when I lived in Washington, but the tops were designed to seal all the way around. This is a very strange arrangement.
