If you know the fundamentals of tuning then the cars will drive, run, and make great power. Howard knows how to do all of these things. He is one of the best.

I think a lot of the issue is also that its one thing to understand the electronics but its another to understand engine dynamics. You need to put yourself inside the combustion chamber and understand whats happening and its effects on power output.
