I ran out of daylight but was able to get it lifted and just manually spinning both front wheels I couldn't hear it. If I thought I did I couldn't get it to go again, definitely nothing obvious from the look of the assembly... suppose I'll have to take the wheel off and look on the back tomorrow.

Maybe that right front set of pads got out of whack from the caliper not being right that first time...Perhaps they didn't seat right or got broken in on a slight angle or were "damaged"....Might be worth a look at the right front pads, or at least try and seat them in again if possible...
