The saftey nannies are traction control and stabilitrak. They can really help save your bacon. If you were to say be at a stop and making a turn and decided to get on it. The backend would slide out and may slide out alot and end up losing it. With stabilitrak on it most likely will snap the rear end back in line and recover you from a spin out.
