Ya I have herd about that but they can only do that if they can prove that the programmer directly caused what ever problems came up. No dealership can say " O you have voided your warranty".
IE you use a programmer and boost the HP up to more then the fuel management system can handle and the car runs lean and frys the cats now that would not be covered under warranty. But for instance if you put a programmer on your car and then you start to have a radiator leaking that would be covered by warranty. Dealerships can just say o you have no more warranty because you did this.
