There is a service bulletin with this concern, the procedure basically tells dealership technicians to flush the diff with new fluid, do figure 8s and keep flushing until the noise is no longer present. I would not use any other fluid than oem even if tracking the car, they have differential coolers for a reason. The noise is caused by the clutches not being broken in or too much material suspended in the fluid. I've done this procedure personally on my own and about 4 other friends cars here locally and have never had to do a second flush. There is an additive in it for the clutches so call me crazy but I dont know anyone with differential problems using oem fluid.
