Definitely throw in pushrods and valve springs if you change the cam. Depending on the lift of the camshaft you may or may not need dual valve springs... if you want good daily driveability i would imagine .600 lift cam would be sufficient in which case a single valve spring would be plenty. I have PSI single springs in mine... i cant remember which series off the top of my head. All in all, your talking about $700-$800 for a full cam kit and whatever your tuner/installer charges.
