Just to give some representation to the other side of the aisle (those who also appreciate integration with the rest of the car, such as the HUD and the DIC, like the builtin navigation and aren't happy to have to tether the phone), 99.99% of android apps are useless, too. The only one I'd consider getting if it were available in the GM store is Torque. Maybe.

In addition, having choices and alternatives never hurts, it's good to have an extensive feature set in the entertainment module as well as Android Auto and Carplay support. In this vein it would also be nice to be able to customize MyLink components so people could opt out of things.

Btw I don't get why so many here seem to want to enforce their preferences as some sort of "obvious" ideal and call everything else "redundant" "waste of money". At least GM navigation is opt-in anyway, people can simply use Waze or Google Maps instead with little hassle.
