I would pull them back out. When we did mine after, after we got the old ones out we used a wire brush and cleaned the crap out of the inner holes of the cradle real good, then before we installed the solids we put a thin film of oil on BOTH the bushings AND the inner mount holes and they just slipped right in, no forcing. Als make sure they go in straight because if the get crooked a bit it will give you problems to get them straight again. Take your time and go slow and you won't have any problems. Good luck.
