Lemon laws are usually for new cars. If this was a used car then the car is usually sold as is and the law doesnt pertain to them. They can hire a lawyer but that takes money. They could probably win in small claims court as I have seen before. But it takes money to do that. I dont think they are asking for anything. But since this is Christmas I do think she is seeking a small miracle. So she came to all of us.
