oil can was recently shut down, and the city is tearing it down soon. they say there's around 80000 permanent and about 120,000 including commuters. but unfortunately the biggest drawback is the infrastructure is set up for about 40,000 people. im trying to get all my expensive mods done now and paid for before i move to BC permanently.

also bought a little drill driven transfer pump i used to suck the tank out, seeing as i dropped it half full of fuel. just put it in a Jerry can to make it easier to reinstall.
