Pretty obvious he wanted to create drama and try to throw a VERY reputable company under the bus for attention. Pretty clear here that they followed their warranty exactly. If he had a problem with it he should have went with a different company that willingly pays all labor costs for repairs.
Additionally, he's a little butt hurt that the shop took him for an absolute RIDE, charging 7 hrs of labor.....
Feel bad for him but it's hard to argue with black and white.
