That is not a good deal. You really need to Google leasing to really understand the moving parts. There is not much talk here about it, but other forums like bimmerfest talk about it at a lot. (msrp, selling price, residual, money factor, dealer fees and installs etc)

I leased the same build as you last month. MSRP was $42,XXX. I had $2,000 gm top off and $1,000 in a private offer. Agreed on price of the car (before incentives was $39,001 --less the $3,000 I had with the offers mentioned) Other than that I paid for the registration and first payment and $80.00 doc fee at signing. My pre tax 24 month payment is about $370.00 with a 2 year lease and 15,000 miles. Post tax (8.5%) is $401.xx.

Lease deal with US bank was .00135 money factor and 71% residual. Given the deals last month (and they probably did not change much) the 24 month payment was actually lower that the 36. Plus you will probably not have to replace tires and brakes in 2 years vs having to in 39 months.
