I agree with your post with the Exception of
"We the tax payers are the ones that are paying the bill to see that they can sell these cars and they have the nerve to attempt to rip us off in return."
We loaned GM Corporation money, they have no control over what a privately owned dealer charges. But yes do boycott dealers charging over msrp.
