I understand what your saying though, Memphis is a dangerous city, along with New Orleans, St. Louis, Detroit, Oakland and a slew of other major cities.

I am not saying C5 Fest IV should be in memphis, maybe a couple years down the road we could host it. I still vote for Texas.

I had a great time in Memphis for the Liberty Bowl this past New Year's. My only complaint was it was impossible to get into Beale Street on NYE.
