LMR has to be the most professional shop I have EVER attended in person. LMR is doing the right thing, trying to handle your issue. Just doesn't seem to be getting the follow up it deserves. Please let them do so professionally by handling the issue directly with them. I don't carry their CAI intake due to personal choice. Still believe its a quality piece. Have you considered you could always ask for a refund? Then order from another quality company like ADM Performance or Roto-Fab.
