if you go to google images for example, and post a search for whatever, you'll get a list of responses. click on one. you should have a "frame" with a small version of the picture you clicked on in the upper portion of the screen along with the original page that the picture was found on.
click on the small picture again and it should show just the picture now.
copy the address and copy it into the "insert image" button
or you can paste it directly and put [img] and [/img] on either end of it and it will show the pic
