I just got a similar set up (19" square with 285/30). I'm using Apex ET20 wheels, which are the OEM front wheel offset. The fronts are obviously fine. The rears now poke 10mm further than OEM, but I don't think its noticeable. From what I've heard from others, an ET23 wheel may require a thin front spacer to avoid the strut, depending on how aggressive you set the camber.
