I am supercharged now (Vortech) so no need for the intake. Plus I helped LMR with some prototyping with this intake so I have 2, no need for this one (which is the newer one by the way). I haven't heard anything about it pulling in more heat, but it worked well on my car. Don't have dyno numbers to confirm, but it felt and sounded great!
