no, intial testing for parts were done on OEM cars. They make one item at a time and fit it. They don't make all their components and then test them.
Besides, the quarter panel
cannot be replaced. It's stamped on to the main body of the car. Not a plastic part like the fenders, bumper, and front fascia.
