On the subject spray with some suspension upgrades and tires is the easiest & cheapest way to accomplish this, depends on your trans type, etc. also. A stock L99 w/maggie and dragradials should run low 11's. The car is heavy so it needs a bit more power and suspension set-up is critical as well.
