Hi guys, I am planning on getting a Camaro, but currently I have an 08 Corvette(primarily the wife`s). I just wanted to share how great the LS3 is. I sold my 06 Vette and bought this 08 and lets just stay my best bolton (headers, CAI, tune) time in my prev 06 LS2 was 11.98, Bonestock this LS3 went 11.80@118.82, almost 119 through an auto!
Now the air was great but it was pretty darn good when I got my best in the LS2 car. I also weighed the car w/ 3/8 tank of gas and me out of it it was 3240lbs...So if the SS is 600lbs heavier it should be 6 tenths slower in the 1/4, 100lbs is roughly a tenth. That would mean in the same exact air the Camaro would have run 12.4x...Now obviously I had a perfect day but the Vette has gone 12.2 in pretty hot and humid weather, I forget the DA. So extrapolate that again by .6 that would put the Camaro at 12.8 w/ a good driver. So I think this will be a high 12 second car on average.

THE LIST
Regarding correction factors:
Times are received from all over the country and are not corrected. Because track and weather conditions vary, this list ranking does not, and can not, identify the fastest cars or drivers in any particular order. It only lists the recorded times, regardless of conditions, in order from quickest to slowest. In cases where ET is the same, the higher MPH determines list order.
