my dealer knows i have a tune. Last time my car was at the dealer, i specifically told him not to do any update whatsoever on the ecm without asking me. He then asked, "Did you have the ecm custom tuned?" and i told him I did. He was more excited to see the tuner itself and what calibrations were done. He said that they dont really trip on CAI, cat back exhaust and associated tunes. He said that it can become a problem with warranty when there are aftermarket heads/cam/internal engine modifications. He said that as long as i didnt do any of those (including forced induction or shooting horsepower juice into the cylinders) I have nothing to worry about. Tune alone makes a BIG difference in the personality of the car
