I have heard the stock engine internals are good for 650 HP. This was from supposedly a GM engineer. I have read elsewere that the LLT already has a forged crank, sinctered rods and beefy main journals. That said...

The torque rating for the tranny seems to be the limiting factor at some 430 ftlbs. The torque management system will help soften the shifts and reduce shock loads to some extent but, for the strip, that's not such a good thing. For my intended use, road course stuff, it should be OK.

We'll have to keep an eye on the diffy as well. The guys running NO2 and DRs will give us a pretty good read on that. Any of you guys looked at your axle seals lately?
