LOL it's on the verge of 10's. and it could have been a couple of things keeping it out that day. track prep only at the starting line, track maybe was cold and the temp could have been also. Seems like your expectations are a little high.

If you only care about going in a straight line (which sounds like that's all you do). then modify your SS swap out the rear for a SRA and go to town.

A new car is out and they are scratching the surface. On a good day with a good track that car would have seen 10's easy.
