If you really want louder than straight pipes, you need to delete cats/ add high flow cats and /or go with headers.
As those cats / really quiet it down regardless of what you do after them.

Yea I know open headers and no mufflers are the loudest, but I'm gonna go with this inexpensive route first and see how I like it.
