i know all the washes have signs that tell you what you cannot have, so you should check that, and see if there is a limit to the wheel size or anything like that. If everything on the car checks out and it apears that it should be safe for the car to go through, then talk to the manager, and see if he will do anything to help you, and if not, call shell. and by help, i mean buy new wheels. It may be a dead end, but who knows, they may fix it.
one of my friends got gas from BP, since they had their premium gasoline coming out of a green nozzle, he got gasoline instead of diesel, BP paid for all repairs to the car.
