I've bought these manuals before for several vehicles (96 Camaro, 01 Trans Am, 06 Corvette) and always got the full volumes. I just don't remember the price and never saw this "may be looseleaf form" disclaimer.

I've bought manuals for 8 or 9 cars from them, they've always been paperback bound. The 2011's look like this
But I don't remember seeing that disclaimer either now that you mention it. Probably ought to call and confirm they're bound before buying.
