I see a few possibilities.
- It starts as a V6 and grows into a V8 once it matures
- It starts as a 1st gen and then develops over 40+ years into a 5th gen
- It starts life as a Aveo, then becomes a Cobalt SS as an adolescent, a Camaro as a young man, then becomes a Corvette as it approaches middle age.
