Hi Everyone.

My son bought a 1969 Cougar XR7, needless to say I inherited the project. Now that it is almost drivable I had a chance to jump back into the Buick.

Finished the rear section of the frame, fabricated the body mounts and tacked them in place. I then cut out the trunk area and wheel wells to start building the tubs. Moving along pretty good with them. I'm hoping I will have time tomorrow to strengthen the panels with some bead rolling then I can finish the dolly work and weld them up. Where as there is nothing square about this car I decided to do the extra work and round the corners rather than a square seem. Below are some quick pictures of the various stages of making the tubs.
