That tq is misleading unless you specify that it's with ported heads. A good set of ported heads is worth 30-40tq

I've yet to see a NFC or any similar sized cam get 480 ft/lbs of tq without heads. That's not a knock on any of them, just giving the OP accurate information. How would you feel if the OP installed a NFC without heads, at YOUR recommendation, and didn't get anywhere near 480 tq? The one above gained 24whp which is close to what's expected. Still very nice numbers either way.
