Endlinks are almost always the culprit. The nuts used to secure endlinks from the factory have some resistance, quench, designed in. Every time you take the nut off it loses some of the quench that is supposed to prevent them from coming loose. At Pedders, we LocTite almost every nut we touch in the suspension or replace them with new nuts. If the problem returns, get fresh nuts or reinstall them with LocTite.
