Could also be a tune issue or problem with the car. You should be able to check your log and see what the pids show.
The mph is about right for those mods but a 1.68 60' would get you around 12.1. With your mods you're all about the 60' bc you don't have much power.
At least you know where the issue is.

there is a video i would have to get it from my friend, and im not sure what i would be looking for in the PIDs. but how do u launch?
